Resolved Cant submit Youtube Partner Application

When i verify with my youtube account it gives me a standard google "HTTP ERROR 500" error, I dont know why. Is it possible to submit and verify in a different way?

Can you try using a different browser or device?

EDIT: I was told you have already emailed support and the issue was forwarded, so please be patient for it to be resolved

Yeah, with different browser it doesn't work. But it does work with my other google account only problem is that that one isn't eligible for youtube partner application.
