Can't Craft Arrow, Why

I'm currently playing Co-op skyblock and we are at desert island, with the quest Blot Out The Sun, when trying to craft arrow, it just don't work, why ?

I have the same problem!!!

At the moment this is a bug... and you can't do much about. If you want to you can report it here but as far as I know staff is already aware of it :)
So It'll be waiting until the devs find the bug and issue a fix

If a run into issues on coop. I switch profile and switch back. It always fixes my issue. Going to then lobby only fixes issues now and again for me.
