Cannot Link Account | Win10 Edition

I tried to link my forum account to my Minecraft account but it seems like links are not working on Win10 edition(links are not clickable, nothing happens when pressed). Any solutions for this?

Linking Bedrock accounts to the forums is not supported at this time, sorry.
