Bring back WorldEdit

Alright before you guys are going to spam:'This is against EULA and that's why it's removed.'
This gives it a little twist.

With my idea, everybody can access WorldEdit, but, only if they vote for the server.

Why by voting?

Well, voting is something that everyone has access to and is pretty easy to do.
Not only this, but people that like to be in creative mode are more likely to vote.
By gaining more votes, the server will attract more players, which is a good thing right?

Is 1 vote enough for permanent access to WorldEdit?

Sadly no, once you can vote for the server again, you have access to WorldEdit.

This wraps my idea up.

1) Pretty sure voting like that is still againsed the EULA.

I agree more with @hgbf 's thread instead of this one and the one below this one.
