Java Bring back tab completion for /party and /friend commands on Java

Hi, I wanted to suggest bringing back tab completion for the /party and /friend commands on Java, especially for the short aliases /p and /f.

Right now the commands still work, but they show up in red, which makes them feel a bit broken even though they aren't. Having tab completion again like before would make them easier to use and more consistent with how they used to work.

It would be a small change, but I think it would improve the experience a lot for players who use these commands often.

Hello! This is a bug issue we are currently aware about rather than something we removed. As longs as the commands still work and are not completely broken then that's what matters at least.
