Coding Blocks, decorations etc.

Hi

I will start by saying, that I'm not sure this is the correct place to post this. So if it's not, then I am sorry.

I need help to finding out how to download something, so I can get other blocks, decoration stuff and so - when I play my single player game.

I think what you meant is you want to know where you can get new texture packs? This wasn't very descriptive but look up "minecraft texture packs" because that's basically what I do lol.

What i think you might mean are mods or as @KintAura said texture packs. For this then it is not the correct place to post this, you should search on the super popular and useful website for this stuff xD or this page for some super awesome videos about it.
