Bedrock Edition Rank and Commands?

Hi there I have a question about the Pioneer rank on the Bedrock Edition when the full version is released will I get to keep the rank or would it be reset to make way for new ranks?

Also does anyone have a list of current usable commands as some don’t work atleast for me they don’t

Lastly does the bedrock edition server plan on sticking around? It is really fun and great for those of us that don’t have a PC
