Implemented Battle Zone Health Indicator

Heya, I've just played my first game of Battle Zone and noticed that you can't see other players health in spectator mode.

I thought it would be nice to know what someones health was even if you're dead.

Not really much more I can add to this.

I'd say let them fix the lag first. THEN we could make suggestions about improvements.

(But I like the suggestion)
