Banning people

Hey CubeCraft,
Is there a way that you guys can ban people faster. I have send a report few months ago still the player doesn't get ban. I have also reported other players with hacks with a video evidence. It is clearly show that they should get ban.

Hiya. Thanks for your concern, however CubeCraft staff will be going through reports as much as they can. It ends up stockpiling to an amount which leaves them behind a bit. Be patient for now! Thanks for not having a mental breakdown in this thread - people generally do that when their reports aren't attended. :)

Staff have life behind Minecraft/CubeCraft, they cant do everything. If you want that someone of the staff answer your report, you can tag a staff member @(name). They cant answer you at the moment, be patient!!! 200 msg :D

They can only get through reports so fast and there is already a lot of stress in that department. It will slowly get better as they get through more and more. The best thing to do is tag a staff member if you think it is urgent or bump the report.

Yeah, Staff are really busy, From a month or 2 they checked all the reports instantly, now they are not able to check reports without us tagging them. Wonder whats making them that busy?

If it's been sitting for a few days then type 'Bump' and tag Moderators in your post. Camezonda looks at his/her notifications quite a lot so you could try him/her.

You're right, he checked my report instantly after I tagged him. But he isn't online right now, Try tagging other staff members.

Make sure you tagg a staff member cause then they will reply to it faster :P
Also if your report still have not been viewed, then make sure to tagg them now ;)
