En mi opinión no lo encuentro lógico que me baneen porque necesitaba el dinero

Someone bought a rank for your account. Afterwards they wanted their money back.
The system automatically banned you because your account received a rank noone payed for.

"Payment dispute" means that you had some problems with your bank. Fix that problem and you will be unbanned.
Talk to your parents about it maybe.
