Ban and Rank?

Hi, I have a doubt. If for example you use hacks, but you have range bought like for example Esmeralda, Do you ban CubeCraft or take away the range? I say it because in a video I saw a hacker with rank but right now I do not remember the video and surely have already reported. I repeat: Do you ban CubeCraft or take your rank?

Cubecraft does not take away ranks from hackers, the player will just get banned and have to wait out his punishment to be able to play on Cubecraft again.
