Autoclicker Fix

Just make that the server limits the cps on every PVP game like if someone is clicking at 1000cps the game will only detect 15cps making it much fair to everyone, I don't plan this to be to perm fix, but meanwhile sentinel doest do anything against it, I think this is a good fix (opinion)

I don't like this idea, because there are people who click more than 15 times per second and don't use any kind of autoclick. So I think it's quite unfair.
