I have a small problem that would like to introduce to moderator but can not find any place to know the requirements to be moderator and help control sector skywars on this server if an administrator or moderator could help me would be delighted and grateful.

Asking for staff will reduce your chances greatly.
You were able to apply for Helper recently but that's closed already, you can't apply for Moderator in any other kind of way.

You can not become a moderator by asking. Helper applications are locked for the time being, but when helpers are being recruited next, you can apply here;
