Appeals Doesn´t Work

I tried to be Un-banned with https://appeals.ccgn.co/ but appear this:

Your ban appeal has been unsuccessful.
Your appeal has been declined and can not be submitted again.

When I tried to enter to the server it says it can be an error!
I change my name to: iMati_PvP
Please Admins help me Im Diamond!
