Hmmm, I remember that map, not sure why it was removed.

I actually played this map about 1-2 months ago.
It popped up on the board in 1.8
I havent seen it since though.

It would be nice if they brought it back for realz though :D

It's probably because almost of all of the map was made of sandstone and the primary block that you can get from the shop is sandstone so you could easily hide and put a rock on your keyboard (on the SHIFT key). Of course you could probably eventually find them with a compass but still.
