Is it just me or are there alot of low levels that are lvl 30 like what is going on?

There's crazy tons in the battle arena lobby. Like 3 quarters of the people with vip levels above 20 are level 40 or lower. The people with really high levels are usually max 20

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
