Add a guide forum section

Many guides are coming in, maybe add a guide forums section so people can go there and look for a guide?

This just a new Theme... .-. The new forums is still being worked on... More sections, customization and more...

Basically a theme is what it looks like. They only currently changed the theme. They may add more sections, more guides and lots of other stuff. Also maybe more changes to the new theme :) You never know what they will add :P
