I disagree. I've been close to getting it before, you just need to be good at the game and be playing against some of the worst players that the server has.

It may seem pretty hard but it is still possible. I know that both @Sccottyyy and @Drew McNamee have achieved it.
Just keep practicing and eventually you will get there. :P
