Java bring back the shield in skywars

They should bring back the shields in skywars that mechanic distinguishes it from pvp 1.8, and makes it more dynamic and challenging for the players which makes it fun to have more chances to counterattack and making it easier in 2 vs 1 situations.

shields are just popularised by SMP's and YouTube, no actual PvPer likes them

I do like them, just learn to play them. Shield pvp is actually more skillful than sword pvp. It just is no debate
