You can always use the "Other Languages" channels that are almost never used. I think there are a lot of more people that want to have channels for their own languages and at the end it would be a complete mess. They've added channels for the most used languages on the network.
Oh and by the way, the Discord prefix for the thread would fit more instead of the All Networks.
