Maybe you could add a little message to your kick, in order for it to be valid. Like when you do /kick, a GUI will pop up, with all your teammate's heads in it. You can select the teammate you want to kick and select one of the reasons.

This will be a lot better, and when all the players select the same reason the player will be kicked. And when the player is kicked, a message appears something like
Player "TheLegend27" has been kicked!
for the player on the receiving end it will be like:
You have been kicked from the game as you were "Reason".
You can only kick team-members. You cannot kick other players.
We can't just keep going on saying "This will be abused so not a good idea" we have to implement it and see what happens.
