Ok. Very good to hear that CC is working on something! Stats are very important for players and wrong stats are really bad. From the programming point of view, I can not really understand it should be so difficult to fix this either. For my own part, I need motivation triggers and stats are one of them.

This is a bug with the 'games played' statistic. It doesn't work in any game. I don't know if it will or can be fixed anytime soon
This is indeed a widespread, known issue. We’re currently working on some backend changes that might fix this, but I can’t give an ETA on when this will be fixed.
