Unfair ban

Hi, i get the message that name is banned, change it code XXXX but I don’t get why my name is banned cuz it is aMCname and I don’t know what is wrong with that.

Is your name of your account aMCname or do you have an other name ? So that they can look into it.

Then you aren't banned. Make sure you spelled your name right. If you still don't find your name contact a staff member.

This isn't a case where we need to 'trust' you or anyone else. Our payment processor is currently in the process of disputing the chargeback claim from PayPal, which they will more than likely win. However, to protect ourselves from future issues we prevent you from joining the server in future.

I just got an mail from PayPal that my claims are denied so am I still banned or can I play on the server again?
