I don't understand. So you want the spawn islands to go onto a higher y level to prevent people rushing you from mid? This suggestion would be pointless, because you can still get ender pearls or frost path wands from lucky blocks.

I think he want them to revamp pond as they did with Underwater (If u know what they did)

I would like it to stay as it is right now. I like the rushing part :P

there is a big middle and an island from where you can jump at once to 2 other people people go then choose with a sword and run straight to you

I get what you mean. But I don't agree. I like the map as it is and to be able to rush is very nice. :)

Because I really don't agree, the already ruined underwater, if u dont like it, there is still a /leave command or pick the stone sword kit, I always pick diamond kit on this map, I have never seen an issue with this (5000+ games played so that's a lot of pond too)

Pond, a map on Lucky Islands, you can jump to your neighbours, this guy thinks that's bad, I don't know why, it's the only map that has this and it's an unique feature
