What do you mean by removing threads
Like is it the thread creator who can delete their thread or a staff member which they already can

Niko i'm mind blowed, no i already knew that but i mean that the creator of thread is able to remove without asking a staff ;)

Why would that be a member thing? If you made a thread and it is terrible, just ask a staff member to lock it or to remove it. Simple as that. :)
