You can easily download your own resource pack and play with it activated. This is a nice suggestion though.

I know that u can download your own resource pack, but it would be easier if u could just get it off the game itself

Oh ok. You would still have to go through the process of downloading either way. It would take the mods quite a while to input this feature that might be worth it, but again, the time they put into this could be time you could use to download one yourself.

Meh, my game lags when a server makes me use a resource pack, just download one yourself :D
