No. I disagree when others steal accounts because they DO NOT DESERVE IT. Someone bought that account and it's theirs. -1
No please... CCG would need to setup a premium account password and password change system, hackers only need to switch usernames to get unbanned, they wont be able to buy ranks, and so on... Not to talk about a massive overhaul of Steve and Alex.

What @Ping Ether said! The only advantage to a cracked server is when the mojang servers are down, then it won't affect the server you want to play on.
But there's so much more negatives to having a cracked server, can't ban anyone (unless through IP) And so much trolling will happen.
If people don't want to pay for an account there's plenty of other cracked servers they can go join.

/skin set will never be a thing, skins are handled by Mojang's skin servers.
