Appeal approved means your appeal was accepted for you to get unbanned or un muted. If the rule breaker still commits an offence again, report again and they should get banned.

This is to give players a second chance. However, if they waste their second chance, they are getting a permanent ban. ;)

To add to that, people also might not know that hacking is not allowed on CubeCraft. The appeal system allows them to see their mistake and allow them to full responsibility of what they did. Otherwise, mods would just reject the appeal.
