As said above, this suggestion is against the Minecraft EULA. Though, Hypixel has this and I have no clue how they are allowed to do it. I think this has potential but should be worked out a bit more. A way this could be implemented without being against the EULA would disable gaining points and experience from rank-only games. :)
But still, got any screenshots of the EULA saying those things of yours I quoted?

As mentioned above it will be against the EULA rule, giving ranked players an extra mini game or privileges is not allowed
Phhht mojang dosent care anymore about the eula after it drove the biggest moneymakers for them out of business one of them was the nexus and if it was enforced cubecraft would be struck already for the ability to choose maps from the armor stand and to bad this a uk server the eula has no power in american servers as it violates several federal laws, also most of the things that mojang states the Eula dosent even mention

Because mojang couldnt care less now, besides if you read the eula, its powerless in some countries and it dosent even state anything for some of the things that mojang says it does including " cant sell stuff that gives advantage over others" the only thing it says you cant do within the game is exploit money off of them also the oldest server in minecraft known as 2b2t has a Q where you can pay money to get in faster if the servers full have they been struck? No
I've read the whole EULA document and it does say that you can only charge money to join the whole server. Servers aren't allowed to block certain section for non-donators. Though, as long as there is nothing you get from joining it (Points, experience, etc) servers are allowed to do it.
As you can see, Mojang has all the rights to block servers once they broke the EULA. Since it's their game and Cubecraft only uses it gives them the permission to do anything they want...
Well they dont or are to lazy look at the hundreds that break it anyway and mojang disent do squat, crate keys, priority Q's, faction kits, in my belief if it dosent clearly state you cant do x y z its not valid and the fact they keep changing the meaning is fishy to, also theres mods out there for griefing, which is against the eula but has mojang struck them down? No even the voting system is a eula breaker because ranked players gain advantge of choosing a game type while unranked cant

Even if this was implemented dosent mean people will buy ranks, ho hum maybe 4 private maps, whatever
