I remember seeing a thread similar to this. It got closed due to the fact that this will probably frustrate or disappoint certain staff members. Some staff members are not very active on the forums, which also makes them less popular. Some of those staff members do a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff and it's frustrating if we, the players, don't give them respect for that.
No offence, but this thread will most likely be locked soon. :(

If I do re make this it will be helper/admin/builder/dev of the month instead as there is just too many staff members

But then again a thread like https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/what-is-happening.162688/ is actively hating on staff that aren't active and do behind the scenes stuff and hasn't been closed
