Why mods don't check the reports department?

Hi, I created this thread because I reported 4 players +- 1 week ago; but I don't receive any respose.

I want to know: Why mods don't check the reports department?

They do, there are too many reports so it takes time

Mods get lots of reports every day, they also have other things to do except from banning people. Reports that have been handeled can't been seen by staff anymore, so they will see your thread sometime.

Bumping reports is no longer useful. Instead, you can create a private conversation with Camezonda, Dontyoudare, Tacosbefriends or some other active staff members.

Yes, but 2 mounths ago I receive a respose in 1-2 days.

Uhm... I also have this, The only thing that I can say is ''Be Patience''.

Things that you can do:
➽ You can ''Bump'' your thread or start a Conversation with a Staff Member
➽ You can tagg a Staff Member in your thread, but don't tagg Helpers, Developer, Builders because they can't ban people :)

But 2 months ago there weren't so many hackers on cube. The new anti-cheat will kick in soon and there would be less hackers then your report should be seen way faster than now.

They will get to it eventually my reports at longest took a month to be answered but they no report of mine has been completely ignored so far. Getting one hacker banned is not something to really get upset over anyway.

The staff members are doing their best to keep up with the player reports. Keep in mind that there are over 300 reports every day. They will reply to every player report eventually.If you don't get a answer after a week you can bump the thread and tag moderators/admins. ;)

The staff including myself are trying our hardest to reduce the amount of reports. The reports pages last week were at 325. Today they're 268. We're trying :D
