Builds Builder submission

Hello, I am here to apply for builder, due I think I have the skill to do so. This is why:
- I have been on the server for a while now (since the server started)
- I have helped the server lots
- I have enjoyed the server a lot and would like to give some back in return.
- I have lots of previous building experience:
* Example of this is on plot -65;-23. I named it track on a block. I feel proud of it.
