The main reason I think this is needed is for situations like these:

When you kill someone in eggwars and he leaves before dying, meaning you don't get the kill :/

This happens too often.

+1 suggestion.
Often players /leave when they get knocked into the void, getting ganged by another team and we don't get the kill.
Leaving in combat is not allowed but not everyone is going to take a video for each kill they are going for. Nobody likes having spent so much time fighting someone to have them leave just like that so hopefully this could be added.

And 5 seconds is decent, if they run away for 5 seconds and jump off It's a different type of loss, a cowardly one... so 5 seconds is good for me to be satisfied as it only prevents the knocked-off players from leaving but I wouldn't ba against a bigger cooldown like 45 seconds though it would have to be visible in chat then...

Maybe 45 seconds is a little too long, how about 10sec or 15sec cause some maps such as underthesea has a longer fall distance to the void and they have more time to type /leave . Though I'm sure most of them would go with the 5sec combat tag.

+1 Great suggestion! The only thing is not to be able to kill someone if your the player in the cool down.

The issue has been resolved by forcing a player death upon leaving the game, expect a hotfix relatively soon. Might I add, there is absolutely no correlation between the thread title and the thread content.

Thread locked.
