If you're a developer, you would most likely use the newest bug free version, which isn't in alpha mode.

Would you use a snapshot version of 1.9 even though the full release is out, no, because its unstable, as stated by Mojang developers. Snapshots, Betas and Alphas are unstable and buggy.

i am using the 1.9 releas but not the optifine releas en alphas are mostly stabel

Tbh, I give up. You can use what ever version, just saying, here's all the things that were fixed in full release of OptiFine: https://optifine.net/changelog?f=OptiFine_1.9.0_HD_U_B1.jar
All them things fixed, are still in your OptiFine version, enjoy the bugs :)

1. i am a Minecraft developer not at oracle or mojang here at cubecraft games are also a lot of Java / Minecraft Developers But we making plugins and not minecraft / java versions

2. i don't update my optifine because this version is still working properly

As I said, I understood what you meant. It's just that your response would, grammatically, imply that you develop Java and Minecraft itself.
