Clearly not , Your screenshot showed 18 FPS and seeing you have a bad processor and good graphics card there is no way you could get 80/100 FPS with shaders. Minecraft is a CPU intensive game and therefore requires good processors rather than graphics cards. I have a GTX 970 gigabyte Super clocked. I also have an AMD FX 8350 at about 4.8 GHZ and i get about 100FPS with optifine.

In the lobby 17fps ofc, then i had the Seus ultra.

Yes, but I think the sharers are a bit annoying at 1v1s like Kohi or NoDebuff

Yea, I think shaders is more for survival and buildings and not for pvp.
