Clearly not , Your screenshot showed 18 FPS and seeing you have a bad processor and good graphics card there is no way you could get 80/100 FPS with shaders. Minecraft is a CPU intensive game and therefore requires good processors rather than graphics cards. I have a GTX 970 gigabyte Super clocked. I also have an AMD FX 8350 at about 4.8 GHZ and i get about 100FPS with optifine.

throwing my mouse hard enough on the wall for a grand total of 7 times as a result of gamer rage somehow fixed the liftoff distance issues

also don't worry about me it's not that deep it's just anger issues and being the usual failure at everything including the simplest video games
