Time voting in (team) Skywars

I think it would be cool if you could vote for certain times of the day, for example: /timevote 6000 (that's in ticks), also: /gamerule DoDaylightCycle is also a thing ;) (it looks like a redstone clock or something that triggers it at the moment xD)
