I did another thread like this just a while ago, but I had a few suggestions that I really want to share since then.
More examples as usual, because I like to show people exactly what it would look like if it were added and how it would work, this helps me get my point across better. (Note: a lot of these are on the forums. I focused on that.)
Skywars - No Chests option
I was playing Skywars the other day, and I was remembering skyblock at the same time, I thought, "What's the point in having tree's and a furnace because almost nobody uses them, there's enough in the chest so you don't even have too use any the resources."
So Why not have a no chests option in the chest selection pre-game? you could call it "classic".
No chests spawn on the map and every player has to focus on getting wood and making everything themselves. (Disabling kits too.)
This would give a better use to the resources you are given in the islands in skywars and would be a fun feature to add.
The Text looks rather funny, because I enabled bilinear selection. Ignore it please. :)
Followers receive an alert when you post a new status
This would give a better use for followers rather than just bragging rights, because if you follow hundreds of people for no reason just to get followers, *cough* @Younisco *cough* you'd receive a lot of alerts that you obviously don't want unless you actually intended to follow someone.
Because at the moment, followers are practically useless, people just use them for bragging rights. :P

More trophies on the forums
Now, I think everyone forgot about these but, I think that adding more would make these a little more fun and remembered feature because right now all the top 25 people that have the most trophy points, have the maximum, so there is no real leaderboard going on right now.
Editing posts
I had the idea that maybe only people with a certain rank could edit posts, but I'm not so sure it's a good idea anymore. But here's a picture showcasing just what it would possibly look like.
