Cubecraft server of the hacks

This is my opinion only so don't hate.

So I play a lot of Cubecraft, I like the server because of the games, not a big different in games between non-donators & donators. I usually play Survival Games and Team SkyWars. I know what hackers are and I know the responses of Kill-Aura, Reach and Crits, that's because a long time ago I played with hacks myself, not because I wasn't good or something like that..

NO, I hacked because I couldn't defeat the real hackers who always play with hacks because they wan't points really bad, want to be on the leaderboard etc. I don't hack anymore (4 months ago 1.7 the last time i hacked) I looked at the reactions of people, they where mad just as I was when i was killed by a hacker.

So the point of the story is:On the Cubecraft games server is a too low ban rate, especially for the hackers. Some get reported 5 to 10 times in a row. Don't admin then get to play with the dude and inspect him/her? I really don't get why there isn't a strict filter for hackers. When i play other servers, here almost are no hackers because those server have got a filter. A really accurate Kill-Aura filter. The staff is alert to the hackers and it seems that the games I play on there are a lot more fun just because there are little to no hackers. In every 5 games i come there is a hacker or a glitcher.

I don't want to leave Cubecraft because hackers make the server not fun anymore/stupid. I'm trying to tell this story because in my opinion there isn't a good filter against the hack clients etc. I guess i'm not the only one who's getting annoyed by THEM.

I hope this get's fixed soon Cubecraft, because if nothing happens the server will be 90% hacks 10% players who play the games fair. Before it was 90% fair players and 10% hackers. More hackers will come and more hackers will tell their friends how easy it is to hack, so i'm hoping for the best of the players who are having a great time at the server.

Firstly you shouldnt have used hacks and if you see other hackers please Record and report them. There are loads of free Recording Software for minecraft.

Well , there is always that story ...

We cant stop hackers. There is no Plugin that can stop 100% all the Hackers. We only have one Develloper and he is busy working on other things , but Im pretty sure he will upgrade our AntiHack Plugin when he fells that its needed. At the moment , I dont see so many Hackers , and when I see one I just report him. Be sure to record the Hackers if you see them. The Server is also growing very fast, so it is normal that we have a little more Hackers then other smaller servers. If you report them , and they were using Hacks ( Video evidence required ) , they WILL get banned. We are also growing so fast that I think we need some new Mods , that play more SG and SW , because its there where the most Hackers are ( PVP too ) . We will see ... I dont think the Server will have 90% of Hackers as they get banned if they get caught. So yeah its realy hard to create a good AntiHack Plugin and its realy hard to catch all the Hackers from about 13000 Players on our Server Network.

Lez start with the HackSquad. A group of 10 people who's online 24/7 and teleporting to everyone to get those hackers...

Okay, so one thing to help prevent while we're getting everything set up for a better plugin, is to report hackers.

Don't go dilly-dally around and get mad (and hack) just because hackers kill you, if you see a hacker kill you, turn on your video recording software and go spectate the hacker. Reporting helps us staff a lot trying to get rid of the hackers, since we can't be in every single game in every single skywars server we have. We always enjoy people to make valid and clear reports on hackers, and the credit they get is less hackers to play against.

And we CAN inspect the hackers (or play with them) but we just can't do ALL of them. It's a server with 13000+ at one time for a selected amount per day, and a given fraction of that population are hackers. We have no /vanish or /fly in skywars because sometimes staff can abuse those commands.

Of course, those other servers you mentioned don't have as many hackers because an anti-hack plugin, but don't worry, soon enough (since we have only 1 dev) we will get a good one. Things are progressing slow since yes, we have one dev, but that doesn't keep you from reporting hackers.

Us staff can't be on the server 24/7 since we're not robots and we have lives, so once again, the best way to get rid of these hackers at the moment is by reporting. It's not only the owners and staffs job to keep the server good and clean, it's yours. And I want everyone to know this too. Go spread the word about reporting, don't do nothing, bust the hackers.

Yeah i know, so there is going to be a anti hack plugin? If that works it would be AMAZINGGG!
But can i fill some form somewhere to get a chance to be mod? because i want to give it a try. I've got a lot of free time since the exams are coming closer (like the main test on the end of your secondary school)

Our average response time to a hack report is 10 minutes. That's pretty danged good for such a small staff team. We're constantly working on anti-hacker tools and plugins, but there's no way to weed out the bad without also picking out some good. Plugins will never be sophisticated enough to ban hackers 100% of the time and non-hackers 0% of the time, so we do rely heavily on player reports.

The best thing you can do to help is to record people hacking and upload the videos on our report a player section.

You can't apply for staff at the moment.
The owners (staff) chose the Mods.
