And we have to go through some type of configuration to be able to participate in this competition on the private server.
Something like a tournament. 6 teams of 5 go head to head(Team 1 vs Team 2/Team 3 vs Team 4/ team 5 vs Team 6/ and whichever team wins continues and goes against another winning team, and the team that loses the competition is eliminated.
Why I said this wasn't good enough for the suggestions area on the forums, was because once someone is able to join the private server they will obviously be able to join continuously. Unless there is someone way, besides banning everyone from the private server (would be a complete waste of time), that we can stop those who WERE able to join the server from joining. Like some sort of list. If you aren't on the list you are unable to join. So like those who were able, say their game was over or that tournament was completed, then remove them from the list. But I doubt that this would be possible. Due to the fact that there might not be any plugin with this ability.
Hopefully this was good enough. If not, I'll try to explain even better next time.

Why do we need another server? That means cubecraft would have to pay for 2 servers at once :/
Okay. I'm going to try to explain this as much as I can. What I am trying to say is that even though CCG would be the "main" server, some of the staff members could host some type of competition like battle dome (the only one i can think of now) on another private server. Sort of like the build server. Not everyone can join the build server. You have to become builder, right?
