25 with butterfly is generally only feasable with double clicking which is also banned, also i can get 35+ cps drag clicking so it just depends on the mouse

Like if were starting banning things that cost money and stuff etc, remove all paid stuff from cc, make everyone play on 10 fps, disallow keyboard remappong
