Friend Adding Bug

Whenever I try to add someone as a friend, it tells me I have too many friends. So, I remove one of my friends that I had, but I still can't add the person? I've tried this with multiple people, and it all tells me the same thing. I have a video for it here:

Thank you, that was the problem haha. I don't know how I was able to have that many, but I guess back when I added them, the server allowed me to; they may have changed it to 10 since then. Thank you
