Magic? I think you meant that a bug shortened your time and you still sumbitted it even tho it's impossible to beat..
There is no way that you made that in 12 seconds, in also a legit way. There are no skips in this level and the only skip that could be possible has been blocked off with barries. But let's imagine that it wasn't blocked off when you got your record. It's still impossible to do in 12 seconds.
