Zombie

I havemade a zombie automatic farm where the spawner is above 30 blocl of desert and killing chamber down 30 blocks of desert which is fully safe to use but for no reason some zombies came out of it in a half block space
Is this a bug or something but I lost my 2.5 lac and 9 lvls cause of the glitch

It may have been baby zombies, put a half slab down so they 100% cannot escape.

If it was an adult zombie then I would attemt to record it and then report it
