I think he means that before you have to rank you can only make a certain amount of videos on the server, but once you get the rank you can make unlimited videos on the server. @Devon413 please tell me if I've misunderstood it...

If this is the right understanding I don't know how you'd stop them from making more than a certain amount of videos on the server... Also it's kind of unfair saying that you can't make videos on the sever because you don't have enough subscribers...

What about, you just make videos. No need the rank. What's up with it? Well maybe, in factions or some kind of server, there would be gamemode command for him. Soo the "Youtuber" could do his own studio, gather actors and make a machinima. Otherwise i have no idea what's the "Youtuber" rank is for.
