Coding [XenForo] How to make a homepage with threads?

CubeCraft is using XenForo forum software to make their forums.
But how do you make a homepage with threads?

First are you referring to an already made forums or one you are making?
Second what kind of threads? Just all of the overall most recent threads?
Finally do you mean homepage for these forums or an internet browser homepage?

How to make a homepage/news portal:

1. Buy xenPorta
2. Drop the files to the “addons” folder of xenForo.
3. On Admin panel, click add addon. Add it.

Literally, xenForo is the easiest forum software avalaible, few clicks and you’re done. And you’re asking on a Minecraft forum, not on Xenforo’s...

If you mean “make my own forum”, then

1. Learn HTML, CSS, PHP, JS (& SQL)
2. Enjoy.

I want the same as cubecraft the news threads at the homepage. And I already have the XenForo forum software.
