so i started playing this server today (on windows 10 ed) and everything was perfect but then i started playing skywars and then i saw flying players that flew around the map and killing other people and had reach of at least 7+ blocks. so is that just a bad anti cheat or pay to win??

I believe you are talking about bedrock edition here. The anti-cheat isn't up to speed/up to date unlike Java edition where the anti-cheat is up to date or almost, which is why we require players to report cheaters for just now to mods through the discord until the anti-cheat is improved for bedrock. (I could be wrong about the anti-cheat, since i don't play bedrock or windows 10 at all :p)
Also, keep in mind that no anti-cheat is perfect and that there are always going to be better cheat clients going to be made than anti-cheats to counter them.

Please report players you think are cheating and we can deal with them. It is certainly not Pay to Win.

Hit level 91 the other day. My goal is to get level 100 by Christmas, and I needed 4 levels this month, which I achieved, and 3 levels in all the others until Christmas.
