Why isn't money walls in maintenance?

Money walls has been completely broken for the past couple weeks so how come its not in maintenance? I just don't like getting my hopes up when it's not in maintenance and think its finally fixed :(

It's a Glitch in the code because 1.10. (i think)

This is a good point. I'll see about getting it put into maintenance.
