Why is Drag Clicking not banned?

Drag clicking gives an unfair advantage because it lets some players reach crazy high CPS that just isn’t possible with normal clicking. In games like PvP, that can mean winning fights not because you're better, but just because you're clicking faster. They’ve already banned using tape to help with drag clicking, but let’s be real—people still use it, and some even use macros to fake high CPS. So if people are just going to keep finding ways around the rules, they might as well ban drag clicking altogether. I mean, I can drag click too, but I get why it feels unfair for people who don’t or can’t—it just makes the game less balanced for everyone

True but it doesnt automatically make the player 1000X better. Game might go longer but you can defo still fight anyone who drags.

Not necessary true. Yes you can clutch easier and therefore you have an advantage but is it always the case? PVP in CC is not just clicking, its also about movement and what strat to use. If we look at eggwars for example, you have to think and decide what items you should buy. Drag can be easily countered

Also, there are players who single click and double click and beat people who do 300 cps lmaooo. Then it means it is beatable right? If they can beat them why cant you?

NGL they should allow macro. ATP everyone is prolly cheating under the table. Make it easier for the mods who everyday have to see so many reports of someone Macroing. To put ease on the moderators, I believe that Cubecraft should allow macro 100% make it super halal.

People will still cheat regardless. It is no fun when everyone is easily avoidable and relying on just trading hits. Esp for people who play for hours. Your fingers will break down and its not healthy at all.

Instead of banning DRAG, they should allow macro and let the moderators focus on actual hacks.

You cannot use appeal to emotion to strengthen your point. People use ladders, bows, OR tnt. It could be that people S tap when doing PVP or do crits. Should we ban those too skills also?

PC players who single click or butterfly can defo beat draggers or macroers. Even if the person is macroing 300 cps. It is beatable.

In my opinion, the issue is not in people abusing drag click, but rather most of them using autoclickers/boosters. Cubecraft should add a CPS cap of ~20-25 CPS on the right button and implement the same kicking system as it was done with the left click. After all if you're good enough you can beat drag clicker even with just single click.

I always fight macroers with 300 cps. tbh they are easy to beat. Real draggers are just below the macroers in ranking. They are good but its not like I am having a difficulty. The only problem is when the marco pro ppl start using anti kb or reach. Marco is not an issue at all. Its them using macro and under the table it is those other diabolical cheats.

Yeah, it is a huge problem of CubeCraft (especially macros). However it is very controversial point for drag ban that сouse debate for years. Personally I don't like the way moderation team reviewing click-related reports, so it is strong point for drag click ban in my opinion. But it can be solved by changes in moderation team (that may result false bans). So it is really controversial point and I think that so unpopular decision is not one Cube should make.

Player with Keyboard and mouse that normal click and player with keyboard and mouse that drag click against touch player would be on pretty same level of disbalance.

I agree actually. I know some would say that it doesn’t give you an actual advantage outside of mainly PvP games, but actually it does so massively. Just remind yourself of how annoying it is when someone is (close to) impossible to void knock in games like Eggwars and Skywars. And to conclude, not every mouse is fit to perform a move like dragclicking (nor butterfly clicking). In my opinion, it gives an unfair advantage and ultimately negatively affects the quality of the overal game.

Ah I thought Ceru and Spacee had stopped this fight, nevermind then. Drag is alright but the main problem i.m.o. is autoclciking or macroing, and saying it's drag. Maybe CC needs to implement something that can maybe plot all someone's clicks on a graph, so it's easy to see a pattern (auto would be even spaces, drag irregular). Idk if that's possible though.

Drag is indistinguishable from autoclicker (or so they say), so CubeCraft needs to make a decision. Allow autoclicker or ban dragclick. Over night, the tryhards are suddenly world class in drag clicking, and they are stalling games by speedbuilding. If they wear diamond gear, you can't use blast balls on them. I think we all know they are using autoclicker, and it's hurting honest players who prefer not to cheat.

Is dragclick really a skill, if you need to buy a special mouse to do it? And put tape, wax etc on the mouse? Is CubeCraft staff going to inspect if I use invisible wax on my fingers every game? I don't mind new technology, but it's ridiculous that I have to buy all this gear to have a fighting chance in 5% of eggwar games against autoclickers. And it's always obnoxious players greeting you with "gg ez" and talking about onlyfans in chat.

yea but there is a new cheat config where it allows you to have irregularities in ur macro. I remember some guy during my 300th-ish episodes of stream was telling me about it.
Basicallly, it will resemble a true "drag". All he doing is just holding right click lmaoooooooo

Drag clicking in pvp doesnt give an advantage, and with block placing butterfly is kinda similar. Also tape isnt allowed.

If you get banned for ac while you say you are using drag, you have to show a video of you drag clicking that cps.
