According to Technosword 20 is fine 25 might get you banned:

So as long as you stay at below 20 cps you should be fine

I always wonder this too. Though unless you’re using a special mouse, it is nearly humanly impossible to get over 20cps. The most I can get is 16cps jitterclicking. Also, don’t get a mouse that doubleclicks as you may get over 20cps. Not sure if you can drag click over 20cps without a mouse that doubleclicks.
